From Factory Floor to Villa Suite: Our Process

1. Raw Production & Assembly Working from the provided designs, our process began with material selection. We sourced high-quality teak wood, ensuring consistency in grain and color. Our production team used precision machinery to cut each component, followed by meticulous hand-assembly by our experienced craftsmen. Every bed frame, wardrobe, and cabinet was constructed to ensure perfect structural integrity.

2. High-Performance Finishing & Quality Control Once assembled, each piece was moved to our finishing department. Given the high-use hospitality environment, we applied a multi-layer Polyurethane (PU) finish. This created a robust, waterproof, and scratch-resistant barrier essential for longevity. Before anything was cleared for shipment, every item passed through a multi-point quality control inspection, checking for flawless finish, hardware function, and adherence to the original dimensions.

3. On-Site Installation The final phase was delivering and installing the furniture on-site in Ketewel. Our professional installation team worked efficiently within the project’s timeline, coordinating with the agent and on-site managers to place and assemble every piece in the Bima, Nakula, and Sahadewa villas, ensuring a perfect fit and finish in its final environment.
