He manages our team of finishing specialists, overseeing the meticulous multi-layer sanding, staining, and lacquering processes. After finishing, he leads the final multi-point QC inspection, testing all hardware, checking for surface imperfections, and giving the final approval before a piece is cleared for shipment. His obsession with detail ensures that the product delivered to the client is flawless.
