Our Solution: A Collaborative & Engineering-Focused Approach

Our process began with collaborative design development. We worked closely with the client to refine their initial concepts, creating technical drawings and material proposals that honored their aesthetic while ensuring structural integrity.

• Material Selection: We specified Grade A, kiln-dried Indonesian teak for the entire collection. Its high natural oil content provides superior resistance to humidity and pests, making it the ideal material for the demanding Mauritian climate.
• Manufacturing & Joinery: Every piece was constructed in our Jepara facility using traditional Javanese joinery techniques. We utilized mortise and tenon joints for all primary structural connections to guarantee maximum strength and longevity.
• Finishing: A premium, dark brown semi-matte finish was applied to protect the wood and highlight the natural beauty and warmth of the teak grain, ensuring a consistent and sophisticated look across the entire collection.
